Not the surface reasons like I want to look good, or I want to fit into my clothes. You have to dig deeper as to why this has been on your mind.


Why you want this so badly?

How will life be different once you have achieved this?

Motivation is overrated and it comes and goes. Your deeper WHY will be the one thing that will keep you going once motivation fades and you need something to keep you going. On those days where you can't do it, this will remind you why you started.


So go ahead and think about it. Dig deep and write down why you really want this!
