TAKE ACTION:

 

Step1. FAMILY MEETING

Schedule a day and time to have a meeting with your family. Tell them about the journey you are about to embark on. Set expectations and tell them how you would like to be supported.

Step 2. CLEAN YOUR ENVIRONMENT

Take a look at your environment (i.e. your pantry, freezer, kitchen) and remove any trigger food that may sabotage your health journey.

Step 3. ANTICIPATE DAY-TO-DAY LIFE

Think about all of the scenarios that may occur in your day-to-day life that may sabotage your journey. How will you respond to them? Examples can be your in-laws bringing over treats, you're out with the kids and hungry in the middle of the day, invitations to social and dining events. What can you do to prepare for these scenarios and still stay on track?
