Makes 4 servings (2 thighs each)
Ingredients: • 2 TBSP jerk seasoning (I used Walkerswood brand) • 1 TSP red pepper flakes • 1 TSP garlic powder • 1/2 TSP ground black pepper • 1/2 TBSP coconut aminos (or soy sauce - if you eat soy) • 1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil • 8 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs Direction: 1️⃣ In a bowl, mix and combine all of the seasoning ingredients. 2️⃣ Marinade the chicken, make sure it’s well covered all around. 3️⃣ Place in air fryer, making sure not to over crowd them if you want crispy skin! 4️⃣ Air fry for 20 mins at 390 degrees. 5️⃣ Enjoy with steamed rice and a side of veggies or salad! Note: for best results, leave the chicken to marinade overnight in the fridge!
