Whole 30 Chili

A Whole 30 approved chili in 30 minutes 🙌🏼



I used my InstantPot but you can also cook this in a slow cooker on low for 8 hours!


Makes 6-8 servings


Ingredients:

  • Tomato sauce (24oz)

  • 4 celery stalks, diced

  • 4 carrots, diced

  • 2 small sweet potatoes, diced

  • 5 tomatoes, chopped

  • 2 lbs ground beef (sautéed with 1/2 tbsp cumin, 1/2 tbsp garlic powder, 1/2 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp chili flakes, 1 tsp cayenne, and 1 tsp paprika, salt and pepper to taste)

  • 7 cloves of garlic, chopped

  • 1 med onion, chopped

  • 1 cup green/red chilies, chopped (adjust to your spice level)

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste


Spices:

  • 1/2 tbsp cumin

  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tbsp chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt


Press bean/chili mode (20 mins)!


Garnish with cilantro and you can also add avocados at time of serving.
